How long does shipping take and is it insured?
We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping takes 7-10 business days. All shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are Grandeur watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our watches have a minimum water resistance of 5ATM (50 meters), making them safe for daily wear and light splashes. Our professional diver series is rated up to 20ATM (200 meters).
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every Grandeur watch is backed by a 2-year international warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our leather and mesh straps are easily adjustable. For stainless steel link bracelets, we include a complimentary sizing tool with your order so you can achieve the perfect fit at home.
