Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to maintain return eligibility.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
